A sea of compelling calm, I do not care, the will is not adhered
The will, so anticlimactic is its clue, I lost it along the way; a set of keys as a cure
Pathetic apathy you say? Nah, I just do not give a damn, my dear.
Dusty and eclipsed, I sit here in the darkness of my non-caring abyss
Hell, why should I care, the substances in my brain are no more, never near
I was drugged, by my own lack of care for a thing in this disgusting world
You take care of your own, I take care of my husk, carrying into the maw of dusk
The night comes, and the day goes, life moves on, albeit my heart is still, cold, transfixed a text on
